Cl0p breached 43 organisations through PTC Windchill

43 is the number of entries Cl0p posted to its leak site between 12 and 19 August, as counted by BleepingComputer and Ransom-ISAC; SecurityWeek says "over 40" and CPO Magazine "50+." A leak-site listing is the attacker's claim of a compromise, not a confirmed one. Of the named organisations, Philips has confirmed a contained intrusion of a single server, Zebra and Toast report limited impact, and Shell and GE say they are investigating. No victim has confirmed the data volumes Cl0p states, and no samples have been published. The count is real; the word "breached" is doing more than the record supports.
