Sealed court records were exposed in the C-Track breach
Assessment
Both the US and Canadian notices state: "Certain confidential, redacted or sealed information may have been impacted for certain affected courts." The Ontario chief justices and the Minnesota Judicial Branch repeat it. The vendor has not said which courts, how many records, or what kind of sealed matter. The claim that sealed records were exposed is the vendor's own, qualified by "may" and "certain"; the claim that all affected courts had sealed records exposed is not supported.
